Fitness and Training Classes

Power Cardio: This class is designed to get the heart pumping and the fat burning. You will experience a full body workout at an aerobic pace. Stretching and massage are included pre- and post-workout.

Level: Beginner-Advanced
Duration: 30 minutes

Power Strong: This class is all about muscle strength, toning and definition. Certified instructors will lead you through a circuit of exercises targeting all muscle groups. Stretching and massage are included pre- and post-workout.

Level: Beginner-Advanced
Duration: 30 minutes

Power Tabata: This is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that offers a full body workout. Each exercise is performed for 2-4 minutes depending on the level. There are 20 second intervals of intense work followed by a 10 second rest. Stretching and massage are included pre- and post-workout.

Level: Beginner-Advanced
